Felicidades a David De Gea / Congratulations to David De Gea

La victoria conseguida contra el Newcastle hace dos jornadas fue un punto de inflexión importante que se confirmó con los tres puntos logrados ante el Everton. Dos partidos ganados de forma consecutiva nos han levantado la moral ha todos y por fin hemos conseguido que plantilla y afición vuelvan a unirse de nuevo. Lo que vivimos en el último partido en el Stadium of Light fue algo único, nunca había visto a nuestros seguidores animar tanto como lo hicieron y eso siempre es algo que se agradece tras una semana de tanto trabajo como la pasada.

Es cierto que todavía no estamos salvados de forma matemática, pero con el generoso trabajo que estamos llevando a cabo el equipo está respondiendo y si seguimos así, podremos arreglar una temporada que no empezó demasiado bien. Después de todo lo ocurrido, creemos que en el último tramo de la Premier League podríamos conseguir colarnos entre los diez primeros, algo que sería muy importante para el club.

Es cierto que todos los jugadores estamos muy comprometidos y esforzándonos al máximo para seguir sumando victorias, pero todo es más fácil con el momento que atraviesa Sessegnon. Está que se sale en el último tramo de temporada y sus goles nos están ayudando mucho.

Mirando a la próxima jornada sólo puedo decir que por fin llega el partido en Villa Park. Cuando se supo el calendario fue el primero que miré, tengo muchas ganas de jugar por primera vez ante mi antigua afición y de ver a todos los amigos que dejé en el Aston Villa. No hay duda de que me debo al Sunderland y que lucharé al máximo para conseguir la victoria, pero después del pitido final, les desearé lo mejor. Me habría gustado que el partido se hubiera disputado con los dos equipos en otras situaciones, pero no tengo ninguna duda de que los dos conseguiremos la salvación.

No quiero olvidarme de dar la enhorabuena al Manchester United por el nuevo título de Liga conseguido y por convertirse en el club con más Premiers. Han hecho un torneo muy serio desde el principio y se lo han ganado. Tengo que felicitar también a David De Gea, nuestro representante en los ‘Red Devils’, que ha terminado callando muchas bocas después de ser criticado de forma injusta a principio de temporada. Ha sido clave en el título y sin duda, se lo merece.

Una semana más, os doy las gracias por todos los mensajes de apoyo que me mandáis a través de las redes sociales, es un verdadero placer. Un saludo.:)

The victory achieved against Newcastle two game weeks ago was an important turning point that was confirmed thanks to the three goals scored against Everton. Two consecutive winning matches have cheered up all the group and at last fans and players are joined together again. What we lived in the last match in Stadium of Light was something unique, I had never seen our fans animate so much and that is something we appreciate after a long and hard working week like the last one.

It is true that we are still not mathematically saved, but with the generous work we are doing, team is responding and if we keep on like this, we can solve a season that did not start very well. After everything happened, we think that in this last part of the Premier we can climb up to the first 10, something vital for the club.

It is true that every player is sincerely compromised and working hard to sum up more victories, but everything is easier thanks to Sessegnon’s momentum. He is on fire and his goals are helping us a lot this last part of the season.

With my eyes on next week game I can only say that at last comes Villa Park’s match. When we saw the schedule it was the first match I had in mind, I am eager to play against my old fans and to see all my old friends that I left in Aston Villa. There is no doubt that I now play and die for Sunderland, and that I will fight to achieve victory, but after the final whistle, I will hope the best for them. I’d like both teams to play in a different situation, but I have no doubt that both teams will avoid relegation.

I wouldn’t like to forget giving my congratulations to Man United for the new Premier title and for becoming the club with more Premiers. They have worked hard since the beginning and they deserve it. I must congratulate De Gea as well, our representative on the Red Devils, that has ended up shutting lots of mouths after being unjustly criticized at the beginning of the season. He has been key for the title and he deserves it.
