Cada vez más recuperado… y menos moreno!! / Nearly recovered… but no tanned!!!

No es que os tuviese abandonados, es que me estaba recuperando de la rodilla de un modo tan intenso que había olvidado la de tiempo que ha pasado respecto a la última vez. La recuperación va fenomenal, voy cumpliendo los plazos y la respuesta es mejor de la esperada. Hace unos días hice una revisión con el cirujano, con escaner incluido, y me confirmó que todo está perfecto.

Y es que cada día que pasa me encuentro mejor, estoy mas ágil, noto que avanzo en todos los movimientos y eso me  anima a trabajar de modo más intenso para poder estar listo cuanto antes. La próxima semana, incluso, podré tratarme con mi fisio personal y eso siempre se nota. La pregunta que me hacen muchos es cuando estaré a tope. Pienso que, si todo va como ahora y nada se tuerce, para mediados de agosto podré estar como nuevo.

Después del verano que he pasado, sin vacaciones, ya lo veo muy cerquita. He visto muchas fotos de lugares de veraneo de amigos. Aquí en Birmingham no hemos tenido esos calores. De hecho, muchos días incluso ha estado nublado. Salía el sol por la mañana y se escondía, como si le pagasen por horas. Una pena, aunque no me puedo quejar porque he tenido buena compañía. Además, hemos vivido cumpleaños y siempre es bonito ver a la gente feliz en su día. No todos los días han sido buenos, ya que el día que fuimos Fabian Delph, Brad Guzan y el médico a Londres tuvimos un viaje de vuelta muy triste y amargo.

Volvíamos en tren, cuando se paró de repente y anunciaron por megafonía que una persona habia fallecido al ser golpeada cuando estaba en la vía. Nos quedamos helados. Se suspendió el servicio de ferrocarril y volvimos en taxi a Birmingham. Ninguno hablamos vivido algo así. Una pena. Por eso siempre hay que ver el lado positivo de las cosas y disfrutar del momento. Prometo hacerlo y contarlo aquí…

Sorry I haven´t said nothing for a while but I have been busy getting recovered from my injury, it has been so intense I didn´t notice how time flies. The recovery is going well better than expected, a few days ago I had a scanner and the surgeon told me everything was fine.
I´m feeling better day by day, more agile, I have improved the movements with the knee, which encourage me to work harder to get fit soon again. Even next week I´ll be treated by my physio. Everyone is asking when I´ll be back, I reckon by middle August if everything goes well. I´m really looking forward to it, after a summer without holidays.
I have seen loads of photos from friends having fun on holidays, well here in Birmingham we didn´t have that hot in fact it´s been cloudy most of the time. Sunny spells but not for longer such a pity although I have been well accompanied and celebrate birthdays. In the other hand the day that Fabian Delph, Brad Guzan the Doctor and me travelled to London wasn´t the best day ever. In our way back the train stopped suddenly and we were told someone at the platform was hit and sadly died we were just stunned. The service was suspended and we had to take a taxi instead. None of us had had a situation like that before. Terrible… that´s why you always have to stay positive and enjoy every moment. I promise I´ll do it and I tell you here….
