The former centre-back, who wore the Rangers shirt during his time in Scotland, weighs in on the upcoming Europa League quarter-final clash with Athletic Club:

Carlos Cuéllar (Madrid, 43), who also played for Osasuna, Numancia, Aston Villa, Sunderland, Norwich City, and Almería, left a lasting impression during his time with the Glasgow side—so much so that he was named Scottish Premier League Player of the Year.
“I played 65 matches in a single season, a record that still stands. It was a crazy year—Champions League, UEFA Cup, and two domestic cups won,” he recalls.
