After his experience during last season, when he was Miguel Ángel Martínez's ('Lobo') assistant at the UD San Sebastián de los Reyes (Primera RFEF), Carlos Cuéllar continues in the structure of the Madrid team this course.
In the current 2022/23 campaign, within the entity popularly known as 'Sanse', Carlos performs several important functions for his training process. He is an integral part of the coaching staff of the second team (Senior B) and Juvenil C. He is also involved in coordination tasks with the team's youth team -together with the aforementioned Miguel Ángel Martínez 'Lobo'- and in the institution's methodology area.
Cuéllar recently finished the Football Coach Course called 'Diploma and UEFA B&A License' (carried out at the headquarters of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, in Las Rozas). This period of learning has served him to acquire a series of knowledge that complements perfectly with the experience gained in his long career as a professional footballer.
During those months of acquiring concepts, he has coincided with other notable former players, such as Chico Flores, Gabi, Zabaleta, Webó or Arzo. With them he has shared professional memories, theoretical sessions and development of exercises on grass. It all adds up on a path that has only taken the first steps.
