Carlos Cuéllar spent some lovely days in Glasgow. Twelve years after his signing for Rangers -coming from Osasuna-, the Spanish centreback reencountered with former teammates like Kris Boyd and Nacho Novo and some fans of the Scottish club.
Perfect trip to Glasgow, including a visit to old friends. We should see each other more often! Thank you all for the affection!! 💙 #RangersFC pic.twitter.com/yauhAjoVvl

The most beautiful moment happened last Friday in Nacho Novo's bar, with which he shared locking rooms on the 2007-08 season. At the 'NN10' of Paisley Road, Cuéllar enjoyed a very special event with Rangers' fans. He spoke to all of them for a good amount of time, answered to their questions and signed some autographs.
Fantastic Q&A session at Wee Novos bar with my friend @nnovo1010 remenbering good old times 😃👏 So special to meet you 12 years later #RangersFC #Glasgow pic.twitter.com/WVeauHCSJe

The supporters packed the bar and proved the great affection they have for Carlos. He only spent one year in Scotland but it was unforgettable. He played 65 games, scored 5 goals (his personal record in one season) and was acknowledged with the ‘Scottish Premier League Player of the Year’ and the ‘Scottish Football Writers Association’s Player of the Year’. An individual performance that contributed to Rangers to win two titles (League Cup and Scotland Cup) and they also disputed the UEFA Cup Final. With these credentials, it's normal that they dedicated a song to him in Scotland.
If after just one season at a club, the fans carry on singing your song... it shows you have done something great both on and off the pitch 👊 @Cuellar24 #RangersFC pic.twitter.com/pOIepKf3Ca
