The hero was defender Carlos Cuellar, author of the equalizer for Aston Villa against Manchester United. The "Red Devils" met with an opponent uncomfortable in his ill-fated visit to Villa Park, and ended up tying (1-1). Premises were ahead with a header from Cuellar in the 19th minute of the game, but soon gave him the tie at eleven Alex Ferguson with an own goal from James Collins, in the fourth minute.
